Rasayana Protocol

 

RASAYU CANCER CLINIC’S PROTOCOL FOR DIAGNOSTIC, SAFETY AND EFFICACY EVALUATION OF PERSONALIZED RASYANA THERAPY

 Gold Protocol:

  •Detailed Ayurvedic case history at the first consultation.

  •Diagnosis and evaluation supported by NCI-USA guidelines.

  •Baseline Investigations- CBC, LFT, RFT, Tumor Markers, ECG, CT /MRI/ PET CT Scan etc.

  •Symptomatic/ clinical evaluation as per Ayurveda guidelines (every 15 days)

  •Biochemical /pathological investigation conducted every 2 months.

  •Efficacy Evaluation – CT /PET CT/ MRI scan/ PSMA scan / DOTA scan etc conducted every 6 months

 

Advanced Stage Protocol

  •Advanced stage cancer patients are offered 15 days to 2 month course of medicines, monitored every 15 days.

  •If there is a positive response then a 6 month course is planned for the patient..

  •This is followed over 18 months split into three phases (6 months each) with each phase further sub divided into three cycles( 2 months each).

  •PET scan is done every 6 months to monitor the prognosis.

 

End of Life Protocol for Palliative Purpose

Rasayana therapy is offered treatment monitoring every 15 days.

  •Advanced stage terminal patients are administered Rasayu treatment that can benefit in reducing pain and increasing the life span considerably.

  •If the patient responds well, he is advised phase 1 of the Gold Protocol.
