Cancellation Policy

1. Rasayu Cancer Clinic do not charge any fee for cancellation of an appointment, if appointment is cancelled 24 Hrs in advance. In case of no request for cancellation is received within 24 Hrs the amount so paid will be forfeited. Cancellation of earlier booked appointment can be done on mail reception@rasauycancerclinic.com
2. In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website, we shall not be liable for any such payments issues.
3. If you are unable to visit for prior booked appointment, please contact Customer Care Executive to reschedule or cancel the appointment for as per point No.1
   .

Refund Policy

1. The request for refund from cancelling the prior booked appointment should be made by contacting customer care number +91 – 20 – 24537149 / 24532525 and email  billing@rasayucancerclinic.com.
2. In case a Primary Physician is not able to attend your prior booked paid appointment, you can request for rescheduling an appointment.
3. Refunds will not be applicable once the consultation with the physician is done. Or the date of consultation is over.
4. The refunds made to your credit card or bank account may be subject to deduction of charges as applicable by the Service provider from time to time.
   
5. Rasayu Cancer Clinic will take at least 7 to 10 working days to process agreed refunds for payments made online.
