Cancer Survivors benefited By Rasayana Therapy
Oral Cancer
I used to chew tobacco since the last 20 years and suffered a Stage III oral cancer called squamous cell carcinoma in July 2008. I underwent surgery to remove the cancerous part on 30th July. My oncologist advised me to have Radiation and Chemotherapy. I completed 30 fractions of radiation along with 4 cycles weekly Cisplatin. After 8 years, there was recurrence of the Cancer. I went through another surgery followed by radiation therapy. My post-surgery PET scan indicated active nodes in the neck region. I consulted my oncologist but he said there was no treatment to prevent cancer relapse. I was afraid of recurrence but they offered no option.
I was recommended Rasayu Cancer Clinic by one of my friends and visited the clinic in June 2017. I shared my concern with the doctor. The doctor explained in detail the role of Rasayana therapy and protocol of Rasayu Cancer Clinic. I started my treatment hoping to delay or prevent the recurrence of the disease. I had taken medicines religiously and followed their advice on diet and exercise. I had stopped all other treatments by then. My complaints of constipation, difficulty to eat solid food, weak voice strength was resolved within 3 months. I also got significant relief in dryness in mouth (as an effect of Radiation) within 5 months of starting Rasayana therapy. As per their protocol, I was evaluated with a PET CT scan after 6 months. I was overjoyed to see complete disappearance of nodes from the neck region. I further continued the Rasayana therapy until Aug 2019. All my subsequent PET, CT scans were normal. I am cancer-free and living a completely normal life.
The clinic and its team have a very impressive and scientific approach.
They offer sufficient time to every patient and address all concerns.
The medicines are oral that makes the treatment very convenient to manage.
